Just an idea.

When pulling up patrons' profiles, unless going by memory, a KLAS user is not going to know if he/she has relationships in the system.  Rather than having to click on the relationship tab for each patron, can the tab be given a highlight/different color?  (this way, if a request was made, it can be seen if a title has been received by a spouse, sibling, etc?
