Patron - Profile - RS Queue for Inactive Patrons was created by epawlus
Passing along a request from one of our RAs. Is there any way that notes in the RS Queue can be automatically deleted when the status is changed to D, S, T, W, or similar? They try to catch it so that the "ghost" patrons don't show up in their RS Queue later, but just having it disappear automatically would be appreciated.
