author typo - merge to fix was created by Katharina
Thank you to Tony for spotting that "Everett, Percival" was misspelled as "Everett, Percal" on a title.
To fix this, go to View - Administration - Headings Maintenance, find the wrong name under authors and use the Merge Headings (Alt+M) button on the bottom right. Type in the correct spelling to find the name select it and merge. You might also have "Everett, Percival L." and this variation can also be merged into "Everett, Percival."
